Central Hotel - Moena

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Moena! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the town. We loved being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in just a few minutes. The service at this venue was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all provided. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and the shuttle service, which made getting around the area a breeze. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like a mini-bar and in-room safe. The terrace offered a lovely place to relax and take in the views. we were impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

We had a junior suite and we liked the big bay window overlooking the main square.

Sound proofing between rooms was not so good and we could hear snoring from one room and a baby crying in another.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, right on the square and near the train station to Venice. We also loved the fact that the hotel had easy parking facilities. The staff was helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. a great experience.

The spa area was nice and relaxing, although there was an extra charge for rental of a bathrobe. The breakfast was decent and had a good selection of items. The location was convenient to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The check-out time was very early at 10am which was inconvenient and they charged extra for even an hour late check-out. The prices for drinks were hugely overpriced compared to other nearby establishments.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. The check-out time of 10 AM was earlier than we expected, and the extra charge for staying even one hour longer seemed excessive. Additionally, the spa experience was not as free as advertised, as we had to rent bathrobes at a cost of 10 euros. Finally, the hotel's Wi-Fi stopped working at midnight, which made it challenging to stay connected during our stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our biking trip. the hotel was right on the square and near the train station which made getting to nearby towns a breeze. Being in the center of the city, we had access to everything we needed, including amazing restaurants and shops. the room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. We loved the view from our room which was perfect for unwinding after a day of biking. Plus, the hotel had great facilities including a spa and free wifi.

the hotel charged extra for staying even one hour after check-out time, which felt a bit unreasonable.
